Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
(Compliant with New York State Law)
Membership Cancellations:
Standard Cancellation Notice:
To cancel your membership and avoid additional charges, you must provide written notice at least three (3) business days before your next auto-renewal date.
Immediate Cancellation Window:
If you submit a cancellation request within three (3) business days of your initial membership purchase or an auto-renewal, your membership and auto-renewal subscription will be canceled immediately.
Adjusted Refund for Early Cancellations:
If you cancel within the first three days, your refund will be adjusted to reflect any classes taken or services used during that period.
For example, if you attend one class, the refund will be reduced by the single-class drop-in rate. If multiple classes are attended, the cost for each class will be deducted from the refund amount before the remaining balance is issued.
To initiate the cancellation and refund process, please contact us at info@twobridgesmt.com.
Cancellation After the Immediate Window:
If your cancellation request is made after three (3) business days from your initial purchase or auto-renewal, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.
Class & Booking Cancellations:
For class bookings, cancellations made at least 2 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a credit toward a future class.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start of the class are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
In the event of a class cancellation by Two Bridges Muay Thai, members will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Refund Processing:
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
Any disputes or questions regarding cancellations or refunds should be directed to our membership team at info@twobridgesmt.com.
By signing up for a membership or booking a class at Two Bridges Muay Thai, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund policies.
Class & Sparring Etiquette
Punctuality & Preparation:
- Arrive on time and be prepared for your class or sparring session. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and could be asked to reschedule.
Respect & Sportsmanship:
- Always practice respect and sportsmanship during classes and sparring. Listen to instructors, follow their guidance, and communicate openly with training partners.
- Aggressive or unsportsmanlike conduct is grounds for immediate dismissal from the session and may lead to further review of your membership status.
Appropriate Gear & Attire:
- Wear the appropriate training attire and protective gear as required for each activity. This helps ensure both your safety and that of your training partners.
Use of Equipment:
- Treat all gym equipment with care. Report any damage or malfunction to staff immediately. Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose.
Hygiene Policy
- Personal Cleanliness:
- Members are required to maintain high standards of personal hygiene. Please shower before and after workouts and wear clean training attire to minimize odor and bacteria.
- Equipment & Facility Cleanliness:
- Wipe down equipment after use with the provided cleaning supplies. This practice is essential to help prevent the spread of germs and ensure a sanitary environment.
- Personal towels or rash guards should be used for sweat absorption and control.
- Health Considerations:
- If you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness or have been advised by a healthcare professional to refrain from physical activities, we kindly request that you avoid using the facilities until you are fully recovered.
- Report any hygiene issues or concerns to our staff immediately so we can address them promptly.
